How to setup network in vbox?

The problem is this: I just can’t properly configure the network in vbox. I need to have access from the host to the guest machine, and most importantly, I need to have a static ip .. it seems to be possible to do this, but here's another problem, with this setting, the Internet on the guest system disappears, and I need it ... what am I I just haven’t tried it - I can’t do it either so that there is access to a static ip and that the Internet works. Help me please..
