There are some solutions / devices for the rack that would allow you to somehow neatly place all sorts of small devices in it, such as switches or VoIP gateways (change this equipment for one that would be mounted in a rack is not an option)? Otherwise, they just stand on a shelf, and this is not very convenient - they crawl back and forth, the wires that go to them outweigh them, which is why you can’t put them evenly, etc.
