How to distribute local Internet from a computer via WiFi through a usb router?

At work, the mobile network catches badly, I decided to distribute wifi from the computer. Already did this at a previous job. But here I ran into a problem, the utilities do not cope. Tried Baidu WiFi Hotspot, Virtual Router, OSToto Hotspot.
Windows 7 system maximum, D-Link DWA 125 A3 USB router.
Perhaps the reason is that the computer itself receives the Internet through the local network. In Virtual Router, when choosing any of the two local connections, it gives an error.
