How can I log into the device of the Ericsson T063G optical modem?

Somehow I came across an Ericsson T063G device at hand a long time ago, I would like to go to the web panel and try to configure it for a vlan switch. but I don’t know how to enter .... it seems that there is a special utility, but where and from where to download? Don't know.
and yet, it is advisable to go from under ethernet, if at all possible, since there is no converter at hand to try from under the optical port.

You can enter it at the IP address 192.168.0.1 BUT, in order for the IP to be active, you need to remove the optics from it.
And again: you can’t configure anything in it. All settings in it are carried out only with the BS.
You can only change PLOAM in it - the code by which the BS finds the modem it needs.
