What are the quick CRM for IM (1c-bitrix) + telephony?

Question:
Advise fast convenient for a small team, but a large number of CRM requests /
We have:
Online store for Bitrix
Orders come from:

  1. online consultant
  2. call
  3. e-mail
  4. order from the site
Task:
There can be 5-10 requests per day from all channels, sales are 1-5 of them, but you need to see:
  1. where did the application come from
  2. Which ones have gone on sale?
  3. of those that did not reach - reasons (set manually by the manager on a call or letter to the client)

Do not use Bitrix24 under any circumstances.
Everything is difficult there. your managers will not use all this.
Look towards RetailCRM, AmoCRM, FreshOffice CRM.

Bitrix24 will be more logical to use, because one developer.
If you set up business processes correctly, then the system is just super. The manager is required to perform minimal actions that follow a pattern.

Don't even think about using Bitrix24 - the interface is too heavy for order accounting
With amoCRM, there will also be a hassle in terms of goods (actual as of October 27, 2015)
There are two options - RetailCRM and pipedrive
I highly recommend RetailCRM
