What is the best way to organize a bunch of CRM / call tracking + mobile phone?
It is necessary for a small business to organize the process of working with calls, orders.
Ordering buses (transfers, weddings, excursions, corporate parties, intercity, etc.).
Dozens of calls per day. The owner and he is also the dispatcher of the company on a mobile phone (MTS) and often on the
road (meetings, organizational issues, parallel business, etc. - but he does not drive buses)).
It is necessary to:
1) keep a history of all calls
2) record all conversations
3) create a lead / client card for new calls
4) add notes to calls / orders / clients
Case:
30 incoming calls per day, of which 3 clients reached the order, achieved oral agreement
such as "September 10, Mercedes Sprinter (driver Alexey), 15 people, by 10:00, Pobeda Park, transfer to Vnukovo".
In the evening, the dispatcher sits down at a PC, opens CRM,
listens to calls and adds text to orders or makes a deal/order based on them, where he fixes all agreements
so as not to forget. Then sends SMS to the customer and the driver with confirmation.
Now all this is done in a diary, which tends to be forgotten in the car / at home, etc.
Current problems - sometimes an order is made 2-3 weeks in advance, it's hard to remember / write everything down.
The driver can call at any time the day before and ask where to go, what phone number the client has, etc.
It's simple if the dispatcher in the office - IP-telephony + CRM. But what if the mobile phone and MTS do not support SIP connection, but you really want some Bitrix24 or AmoCRM?

we did the same on a bunch of call-tracking Callibri + CRM "Customer Base". Judging by the task, do you really need call tracking? Instead, we simply take IP telephony with redirection to MTS. CRM will record this call, and in the evening the dispatcher will create a request in CRM and send SMS/Email with confirmation
Especially for this question, I dashed off how to how to integrate a mobile with a CRM system without problems with SIP
