What CRM to use for a small project with sites on WordPress and iP PBX FreePBX?

Hello.
There is a small project in which:
- On the one hand, several webmasters (the number of which is increasing) working centrally on the basis of WordPress Multisite and a little on other systems. Each site is assigned an internal number on the IP PBX.
- On the other hand, there is an advertiser (or a receiving party, a performer) who accepts applications from the site (s) assigned to him.
Applications come by phone (via ATS) and through contact forms.
It is necessary that:
a) the party accepting applications can:
1. See all received applications (phone and mail),
2. Be able to set the status - accepted, not accepted, in progress, etc.
3. Set the amount of the transaction
4. Attach a file (for example, agreement with the client)
b) The webmaster, for his part:
1. I saw applications from all my sites (with the ability to sort)
2. I saw the information entered by the receiving party
Now everything is done manually through Google spreadsheets, which is not very convenient and time-consuming for me, as for admin.
What ready-made CRM would you recommend for this (the simpler, the better) or is it worth looking towards ordering something self-written?

there is no ready-made crm, here you have to cut your own, to whom it is convenient. especially since Wp has a great api
