CRM for an online retail store?

Hello.
There is an online store on Simpla CMS.
We plan to create a sales department and in order to distinguish between different managers and more convenient interaction with the client, there was a need for a CRM system.
We tried AmoCRM, but it is more suitable for long-term transactions, and we have a retail online store with quick transactions (order statuses: in processing, accepted, assembled, delivered, delivered; the order changes all these statuses during the day). About 30 orders a day.
Also interested in whether any CRM provides for changing the status of the order on the site (for example, the contents of the order)?

Look at retailCRM and class365, these are specialized CRMs for IM.
I have not tried the second one, we are implementing the first one now.
We also use Simpla. There is a third-party free integration for it, somewhere on the github lies, fresh.
Products through this integration were unloaded into crm immediately, only a couple of minor points were finished.
Orders go to crm automatically, changes in orders and user data automatically go in both directions.
