What CRM do you use for your SaaS project?

Now we use Onlyoffice, it has ceased to suit the manual.
What are they asking for:

• closer interaction between departments (sales, development, etc.)
  
• normal Gantt (I don’t understand what they don’t like from Onlyofis)
  
• built-in file cleaner with connection to explorer (alas, yes)
  
• transparent synchronization of this file dump
  

What have you tried:

• Onlyofis (dropout candidate)
  
• Megaplan (in trash with such price tags)
  
• Advantu (just watched, didn't try it live)
  
• Jira (too complex for office users)
  

What are you using?

Self-educate.
From the named at least 2 out of 4 are not CRM. I don't know about the rest.
