What are the prospects in network administration?

Greetings!
I became interested in networks six months ago, got a CCNA and got a job as a network administrator in a provider.
Interested in the prospects of work in our country in this area. Is there a possibility of freelancing, because the existing level of salaries, although not bad, is simply ridiculous in comparison with the West.
And also, what path will experienced people from this area recommend to go (r&s/voice/video/data center/wireless, etc.)?
In general, relying on your answers, I want to determine for myself further actions :)

Very rosy, networks are growing, capacities and throughput are growing and it needs to be serviced by someone. Take several providers in the region for service remotely - it’s already enough for a bun with butter, but at least a little bit you will have to grow in all directions, what to choose as a priority is what you like, you can earn pretty decent money in R&S and how the base is needed almost for any v&v admin - most likely you will still have to deal with it, so you will have to have basic concepts, you can delve deeply only if there is already a waiting job in this direction, I rarely meet in freelancing and mostly terrible crosses of a bulldog with a rhinoceros, and so a good specialist everywhere there are so many orders that they won’t be able to do it in one snout and will refuse more.

Started with installation (1.5 years), went into operation (4 years), now in development. Communication will not go anywhere from our lives) If you rummage around normally and want to understand something new, you won’t be left without bread.

there are always perspectives.
especially if the specialist is a specialist.
Well, if he knows how to sell himself dearly.
none of the customers / employers will offer "big" money "for no reason".
upd
you can always lvl up to the network_architect, or another hardware-software complex that has a connection with the outside world.

it depends ...
probably data centers are better paid, but there are much fewer vacancies on this topic. And for routing / switching, at least z.p. and less, but the demand is stable and will be for a very long time.

The main thing in this profession is experience, experience and more experience. This is an area that needs to be monitored in terms of innovation. Good specialists are always looking for. And most importantly reliable. After all, it is access.

it was previously discussed certification.ru/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?action=topic&id=6
that the newer and more expensive CCNA was Voice. With CCNA available, I would try to get Wi-fi and Voice for resume competitiveness and development so to speak
