What are the pros and cons of choosing a mobile app development studio as a co-founder?

In my startup, the team has already changed three times. I don’t know, maybe I’m a quilted jacket, but I ran into a problem that people are ready to work only for cash here and now. Now as an option - to take the development studio as "co-founders".
Help me understand what pitfalls I may encounter, what problems are obvious in such a partnership.
I would be grateful for advice if someone has already worked in this format (how planning, iterations, deadlines)
