What are the minimum system requirements for video surveillance for 10 IP cameras?

Good afternoon.
I ordered a video surveillance kit, with the hope that everything in the kit is optimally matched, but alas.
The problem is that it is impossible to watch (the monitor is connected directly to the recorder, not via the network) at least 6 cameras at the same time due to the slide show (updating once per second), it seems to write more or less, but with artifacts as soon as more than 8 cameras.
In order not to overpay, I want to install a regular computer with the appropriate software.
Please tell me the minimum system requirements for the processor / RAM so that it can pull 10 IP cameras with 720p quality with simultaneous display, as well as what software (from the requirements - motion detection recording (software, it is not in the camera), display in real time and that's it.) use?

Arhangel_one How is the data poisoned? With your code, or with a plugin?
Have you tried using CF7 ?

Hikvision HiWatch DS-N116 Enough budget solution for you? Playback of 6 cameras in 720p.
Dahua NVR5216-4KS2 Will pull all your cameras to the maximum.

10 cameras in FullHD when viewing - Core i7 3770 loaded under 80%.
But with a multi-picture, there is NO point in HD / FullHD. But if you expand the camera to full screen - then the software automatically takes the MAIN stream in HIGH resolution. This is how 90% of NORMAL CCTV software works: Eocortex, Devline, Trassir, ISS. From cheap, but proven - try DEVLINE (aka "LINE" - Krasnodar software). They have a free demo for 16 channels. Try it calmly and you will understand what's what!
In the case of using an alternative stream in a multi-picture (less than HD), then the Intel G2020 / Core i3 will be enough for the eyes! )

10 IP cameras are also possible on Core 2 Duo, but you have to "play around" with the resolution and fps of the cameras.
As for a budget solution, a priori a PC is not a budget solution, but it is convenient (IMHO).
1) The most budgetary will be a Chinese noname registrar with aliexpress
2) A Chinese branded reg (Hikvision \ Dahua) will be a little more expensive. HiWatch is a budget line of regs from Hikvision. There are cheaper regs from the XM factory, including those with nameplates of Russian manufacturers, but the convenience of work, service and capabilities of these regs are lower than with Hikvision\Dahua.
3) Next come the regs from software companies. We have normal solutions only for Line and Trassir.
Trassir is beneficial when buying cameras from the same manufacturer, the software is functional. But not suitable if you are planning an expansion. the price is already skyrocketing on other solutions. As single regs, it’s quite for itself ...
The line is advantageous in terms of price and convenience, and knowing about the possibility of buying their solutions in China directly, the price is lower than even Hikvision \ Dahua and in terms of price / functionality they keep a good bar.
