What are the features of Redmine?

There was a need to implement a project management system in the enterprise.
We want to try Redmine in this capacity, but first, I would like to ask those who know to share their experience on the following questions:
1. What machine resource is needed for 300 users to work simultaneously?
2. Has the workload planning been implemented taking into account his participation in several projects (it seems clear how to plan time for one project)?
3. How to implement accounting for vacations, sick days, time off? (if anyone had such a task at all)
4. Accounting for resources (equipment, jobs, tools) and finances?
5. Is document flow implemented or just file exchange?
6. Problems when using for different types of projects? (it seems like only one template can be configured for tasks)

IMHO, we are confusing a bug tracker with CRM.
All that you have listed, if any, is in the form of extensions and plugins.
Here is an example redminecrm.com/pages/main

1. I can't say, we don't have many users. There were slowdowns when Apache was used (with long breaks it started for a long time then, but it worked quickly), now it has been completely removed - everything flies. But here I'm not an admin, I can't exactly explain the configuration. And the www.redmine.org community itself has many active users and works quite well.
2. This can be done using a Gantt chart. There you can look at several projects and a specific project. It all depends on the settings.
3. Or there are custom fields or plugins, but we did not use them, there is no such need.
4. You can also look for plugins, but in a good way Redmine is not for this. What you're saying already assumes income/expenses and there is no such thing in the box. There are plugins, there are customizable fields. But Redmine itself is not designed for this.
5. No. There are rights, there are files, but I think here you need a slightly different solution, such as Alfresco or v8.1c.ru/doc8 where the workflow is more seriously presented.
6. No problem, everything is very flexible.
