You need to understand who the person will manage in order to understand which book to recommend.
Management is not an exact science, by and large it is philosophy, psychology and understanding of business processes, there are no single correct solutions for something. Management books only develop thinking, they cannot teach something.
There is good information in the sections !megamind! I also advise you to read the teachings of Dale Carnegie. A. Maslow A. Fayol, just as interesting things can be read in the books of psychology associated with the attitude and behavior of people.

Надо отличать менеджера проектов и продуктов. Они о разном, хотя начинать могут в одной точке. В обеих областях (да и в любой другой) решает практика, с пошаговым увеличением сложности задач. Почитал теорию, применил на практике, сделал выводы, почитал теорию ...
Например, начните брать проекты на фриланс, им управлять. Находить людей, считать смету, управлять ожиданиями и продуктом. После пары-тройки шишек можно идти в студию, желательно, конечно где процесс управления проектами поставлен хорошо.

Для начала, расскажу про книги:
Есть несколько вариантов: это вариант, если Вы - менеджер проекта, который фактически программист, и работаете больше в формате программирования, в формате тестировщика, и надзора над программистами, и второй вариант - если Вы - менеджер проекта - больше маркетолог, и работаете, скорее, как владелец бизнеса.
В таком случае, в первом варианте, я советовала бы читать информацию больше о командной разработке проекта. Во втором случае - подойдёт "управление IT проектом".
Тем не менее - теория, это не практика.
Попробуйте взять на себя создание web сайта, для начала. Прописать все процессы под ключ, с чего бы Вы начали, как закончили, чем бы развивали и тд.
Реализуйте хотя бы 1 проект. И дальше, можете попробовать изучать информацию, по менеджменту создания программного обеспечения.
