What topic should I choose for a thesis in software project management, given that I am a technical student?
Hello, I am a final year student of a technical specialty (software engineering), an acute question arose with the choice of a topic for a future diploma. There is absolutely no desire to program, it would seem that I have already reconciled that, nevertheless, I will have to, but then, the other day, I found out that, it turns out, in our specialty, the development of the final software product is not the only direction of final qualification work. You can engage in serious analytical activities or forecasting / planning / building business processes within the framework of any broad topic, but for a specific direction. In general, I would like people wise with life experience to tell me how I can expand the topic of interest to me with software project management as part of my final qualifying work for a technical specialty. With a prerequisite: no programming. Maybe it will be something with a mathematical bias, whatever, any ideas that fit into the above framework. Thank you.
