Hello! Faced with the need to receive payment via PayPal, to be honest, it is not yet very clear how it works, I wanted to clarify a couple of points with experts:
1. The transfer is in dollars, it comes to a paypal dollar account. Then I withdraw it to a ruble account (as I understand it, you can only to an account, even if it is a card account - you just can’t use a card), will the rate be PayPal or a bank?
2. How fast is the withdrawal to a bank account? Tinkoff Bank, if anything. They write that 3-7 days, a friend says 3 days arrive
. As I understand it, for the transfer it’s enough for me to say my mail or identifier - what data will I send about me? What data will I see about it?
4. Is there a special paypal card, such as Yandex.money, for instant withdrawal?

1. To accept dollars, you need to have your account fully verified (this is verification with sending a scan of your passport). You can withdraw only to a ruble account in a Russian bank. The course will be PayPal'a.
