PayPal registration not in Russia?
1. I have long heard that foreign-registered PayPal has a number of advantages over the Russian one, and frankly, many people did not recommend registering and using PayPal in Russia. I passed this information on deaf ears, and now I wondered why people say this and is it really so?
2. Is it possible to register a foreign PayPal while living in Russia, having only a Russian passport, but at the same time owning a foreign card officially registered to you through e-residency, or the like? (I don't quite understand this issue)
3. Is it possible to have 2 personal PayPal accounts for one passport? If not, is it possible to register a corporate account, not the name of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity?
