Freelance. Accept PayPal/Payoneer payment?

I am engaged in the creation of video, among the customers there are foreigners. I do not use the exchange, people contact me and then pay. The income is freely small and not constant, according to this individual entrepreneur and so on, it is still too early.

Due to recent events with Payoneer, I decided to work with PayPal. (If there are better options, I will be glad to hear)

The question itself, is it better to accept payment to a personal account, or a corporate one for an individual?

What does paypal give you cards? Cards not from a Russian bank?
Or does Pepail have some kind of alternative conclusions instead of exactly the same withdrawal to a bank account as in the pioneer?
