Good day.
Gentlemen, tell me please. I am a citizen of Ukraine, now I live in Russia (just according to the migration card, which was extended for six months, I have registration). I had Paypal, for which I could not receive money, because. it does not come to Ukraine. Can I somehow register a new account in Russia in order to withdraw to it? Perhaps someone came across? It seems to be possible in Russia.
I also have a Payoneer card, can I then tie it up to withdraw money?
