HTML, CSS, JQuery, SCSS, Bootstrap 3, Gulp - when is it already possible to freelance with a good chance to take orders regularly?
How it all started:
1. I learned html/css and went to see orders on freelance exchanges
1.1. I realized that I need more JS, and there you already look and you can try
2. I decided to limit myself to JQuery, I learned it well in theory and practice (I made a good three-page book on custom-made furniture for a friend)
3. I visited the exchanges again, I saw that SASS was in demand and Bootstrap 3, without them the chances are extremely small
4. I coped with SCSS and Bootstrap 3, went to the exchanges - everyone suddenly needed Gulp
5. Here I consolidated my new knowledge (SCSS, Bootstrap 3, Gulp), making a small one-pager for myself already
6. Well, I thought, now I can definitely take the first step into the world of freelance
7. I went to the exchanges, saw how everyone needs CMS - I realized that this is another mountain after mountain
What to do, gentlemen? I'm running out of mana ://

Yes, start doing something! Look for those orders that you can fulfill and at the same time you will learn something new.
And just like you are doing now, you will sit further and guess on the coffee grounds where to go, what to learn.

Clubfoot often work on stock exchanges =) And nothing.
And you already have the necessary amount of knowledge.
Take on the tasks you complete.
