The bank did not confirm the payment. Will they take my money later?

Good afternoon. As you probably already know, from today in Belarus it became possible to fully use the PayPal payment system (I also used it before, but through Lithuania). I decided to test the system on bike-components.de by ordering 2 parts for my bike. I was confused by some information about the payment for delivery (I used to pay directly from the card and the delivery cost was immediately included in the cost of the order, and when paying via PayPal, the full cost of the order is shown only after the transaction), as a result I made 2 orders. There is no money on the card, so the bank did not confirm the payment. The order on the site is still hanging, but I wrote to support to remove it.

My question may seem silly to you, but nevertheless. When crediting funds to the card, this money will not be withdrawn from me?
