What are the convenient video surveillance systems for IP cameras?

We have about 11 cameras (in total) in different offices, now everything is written to one server using Dlink D-view Cam 3.1.1
In newer versions (in 3.5 I don’t know the truth) it was so that the remote viewing program could only have one camera at a time look.
The program works, but I want to switch to something more modern and convenient. so that you can either watch through the browser or have clients for phones and poppies.
Tried ivideon but something went wrong with me with it. for some reason, some cameras did not want to work with it (all dlink cameras) normally.
I'm considering the option to separately take out on linux, put the server separately in general
