From one network to another with video surveillance?

Hello, such a question.
There is a provider wire that goes into the TL-WR841N router.
Next to it is an unmanaged switch for 5 ports, office computers and a router with an Internet are connected to it.
Everything is simple and everything works, everyone has the Internet.

There is a Kinetic router, cameras are connected to it, a Wifi bridge on remote cameras, and you can connect a router with the Internet.
But they are in a different subnet and sootv. I can not get access to video cameras on it from the first subnet in any way.
So far, instead of Kinetics, I have hung up an ordinary switch for 8 ports, but it seems to me that the load on the router is heavy and the picture is twitching.
How to make sure that all computers are connected to the switch next to the tp link but have free access to devices on the second (kinetic)

1. Route networks.
Indicate on the main router "where the network with cameras is located."
2. Or drive the cameras to the same subnet.
Yes, the router may not "pull", but it's hard to guess on wax, it's easier to put something more suitable for a small office.
And in conclusion, you are apparently not an expert, invite a specialist, everything will be easier and clearer, do not blow your head.
