and I regularly stare out the window to relax. I don't get enough sleep because I regularly suffer from the feeling of sand in my eyes. vizin is in store for this case
PS: I don’t get enough sleep therefore 2 times regularly in one sentence))

Warm light, brightness in the region of 20, contrast in the region of 50 - 60.
Monique - IyamaProlight at 24 inches, too lazy to look at the exact name. For the
last couple of years I have been using the free excellent utility LightBulb ... without it I can't go anywhere ..

I think here you need to select taking into account your own physiological characteristics and the perception of the surrounding world with your eyeball. In general, I recommend throwing out the TN matrix and never think about it.
As for my config for 2 monitors 2k:
Primary Acer Nitro VG272UPbmiipx 2k 27' IPS 1ms 144hz: brightness day 17/night 0: contrast 50, black gain 4, gamma 2.2, color temp warm, all RGB colors at 50%.
Optional Acer Nitro VG270Ubmiipx 2k 27' IPS 5ms 75Hz: Brightness Day 10/Night 0: Contrast 61, Black Gain 0, Gamma 2.4, Color Temp Warm, All RGB Colors at 50%.
Different gamma settings and other things from the difference of the matrices so that the white colors match. And for the sake of uniformity, HDR is disabled on the main. There is also an overvoltage, in these cases I put on glasses for a computer with ultraviolet distortion. Some use exclusively matrices from apple for work, they really don’t care about their eyes, I’ve been working periodically on macbook pro 2017 for 3 years now, it’s generally a buzz.

This is purely individual. It depends on the monitor, the lighting around, the theme on the PC, etc....
I just lower the brightness in the evening and that's it... according to the brightness in the room + outside the window
