Which monitor should I choose to work in [Unity3d] [Visual Studio Code, etc.]?

For more than a year I have been working in Unity3d and Visual Studio Code on a 20-inch monitor with a TN matrix (8 bits) with a resolution of 1600x900, and if everything is more or less satisfactory in the code editor, then in Unity it is quite problematic due to the large number of additional plugins that are needed where - then place and, accordingly, there is absolutely not enough space for all this (4 main tabs + 12 tabs are hidden between which you have to switch).
Budget: 20-25k (plus minus)
1. If you replace the monitor, what would be preferable - 1920x1080 at 25 inches or 2560x1440 at 27 inches based on price / quality? (Is QWHD useful for working in such environments where there are a lot of windows or is it superfluous)
2. In some models I met the function of turning to portrait mode, is it so convenient if my code probably does not exceed 500 lines? (I saw a photo of 27 inches turned upside down in this way)
3. Is there a difference between 60Hz and 75Hz in terms of the effect on eye fatigue?
My PC:
ryzen 5 2600
8gb ozy
Gtx 660
4. Will this configuration handle 2560x1440 resolution? (not in games)
What models would you recommend in Full HD and QWHD within the budget?
Leaving the old one and putting in the new one will not work in my situation :(

If you replace the monitor, what will be preferable

It would be preferable not to replace the monitor, but to install a second one. Rather, make the current second, and the new main.
1920x1080 at 25" or 2560x1440 at 27"

25 is the limit of a comfortable full HD. Although even more likely 24. Accordingly, a picture in 2k by 27 will definitely be more pleasant, but naturally it will be more expensive. Just don't take the TN matrix.
In some models I met the function of turning to portrait mode, is it so convenient

For a ratio of 16/9 ─ this is complete crap, an extremely narrow monitor is obtained. It is possible that such an option will come in as a second monitor, but xs, I have not tried it.
Is there a difference between 60hz and 75hz in regards to eye fatigue?

You don't look at that. It is necessary not to look at the hertz, but at the Eye-Care technology (or equivalent). If the monitor has this technology, then everything is OK, and if not, then the lottery.
However, it is worth noting that not all monitors that have this technology have it indicated in the specifications, especially in stores, which is why you have to shovel a cloud of reviews (this is often written in them). Accordingly, without reviews, the monitor should not be taken. However, if it is somewhere on the stand in the store, then you can go there and do a pencil test (google it).
Will such a configuration pull a resolution of 2560x1440? (not in games)

I did not work with the unit, but my 635m pulls 1366x678 + full hd without problems. So in your case, only if there can be problems with the unit.

1. The percentage of players with 2k / 4k monitors is negligible, everyone sits on fullhd and will sit for some more time, and the map is rather weak. I recently bought an LG 27GL650F-B, after which my 24 "replaced the old second monitor. Based on my observations, I can say that the full HD at 27" looks quite good, with my 100% vision at a distance of about 40 cm I don’t see any pixel grids and other game about which they write, but this is IMHO. After some time, I began to work actively in Unity and realized that I had to overpay not for 144Hz, but for inches, since my monitor is critically insufficient for comfortable placement of the Unity interface, now I’m looking towards the LG 34GL750-B and recommend it to everyone for this kind work, use ultra-wide monitors. Only IPS matrix, no TN, since it is important to see real colors, and not what
Without a second monitor, developing is not to love yourself (exit - shirik). Another problem with two monitors is that it is extremely unlikely that they will be able to adjust the colors exactly the same and this is annoying.
2. Overpaying for this function or choosing based on it is stupid. The main thing is to buy a monitor with a VESA mount. You throw out your own leg and buy a desktop / wall mount - profit. I myself use the NB F100A, although my native leg allowed me to go higher / lower / tilt / turn, sometimes you still need to move the monitor closer / further without resting on the keyboard.
3. Available in games and extremely dynamic scenes. 90hz is highly recommended, higher marketing.
4. And if not in games, then why? Browse and watch movies? I think it will pull quite well, but the card will work 100%
5. It is difficult to advise something specific within the budget, an unambiguous recommendation is the aspect ratio of 21:9, 32:9, 32:10 and the IPS matrix. Hertsovka and response time if you do not play games, then it is absolutely not important.
