Is there a noticeable difference between 60Hz and 75Hz?

I'm going to have a monitor on FHD with 60 Hz, before that I was sitting on an old monitor at 75 Hz. Is there a noticeable difference to the eye between 60Hz and 75Hz?

On CRT monitors, it is noticeable, and very sharp. Even between 75 and 85. For LCD - practically none. Unless some gamers with a fast computer will notice the difference. But they are either 60 or 75, they won’t do the weather, they need at least 120.

No. 60 and 144/240 are.

For you it may be tangible, for another person - no. If you don't try, you won't know.

I own such a monitor - the difference can be seen, and not weakly, mostly in shooters the picture is nicer, but there is a minus - the number of frames is odd and some elements can be artifacted, and you get used to it and forget it in a week.
