What are the certifications for an ASP.NET MVC developer?

I do ASP.NET MVC development. There are knowledge gaps. I want to fill the gaps in knowledge and confirm this by obtaining the appropriate Microsoft certificates.
Could you tell me, please, what certificates exist in this niche? I have been interested in Microsoft certification for a long time and the impressions were rather dark.
Therefore, I think it's easier to ask the community.
I'm going to prepare myself with the subsequent passing of exams at the certification center. If my memory serves me, then there is specialized literature for delivery, as well as computer testing programs.
