What are the bureaucratic steps that need to be completed before starting work with Upwork?

Hello,
I understand that in order to compete more successfully with the Indians, it should be convenient for the customer to pay me, but it is important for me that I can legally withdraw and spend money. Therefore, I want to ask: how to correctly set up payment channels in Upwork and what documents should I have in order to provide the client for closing the contract and tax reporting?
1. IP
As far as I understand, now it is easiest for beginners to register at Tochka or Modul-bank and leave all the vlokit for tax and currency control to them; until significant money comes in, the tax office will not come because of the problems that are now in the gray zone. Is it so? What documents and in what terms should I request from the customer and the stock exchange to provide to the bank?
2. Methods of payment.
a) I read about SWIFT, but I didn’t understand everything: if a customer paid me 50 bucks for a small one-time project, can I pay a commission to the exchange and keep the money (transfer with the next payment) so as not to lose 30 of the 40 remaining bucks?
b) Is it possible to legally use PayPal and Payoneer in Russia for settlements with foreign customers?
c) when working with customers from the Russian Federation through domestic exchanges, what payment channels should be used so that there is less red tape and not get stuck in the law on online cash desks?
3. Working with clients
How and when should I explain to the customer (immediately in a cover letter or later?) that I only accept Swift and what should the customer do about it?
Sorry for the questions, apparently they are so noob that they don’t really google.

How the customer will pay is not your question.
This is where Upwork takes over.
How will you correctly withdraw money from Upwork ....
If everything is strictly according to the law, then only to a bank account.
Go to your bank, discuss with him the issue of currency control.
Money is not withdrawn from every job,
they can be saved.
But not for very long.
But you can.
With intensive work - in general, you do not need to be afraid of any small amounts.
Only in private.
For irregular earnings - it is possible.
But not more.

The client pays the upwork and not you, so why would you need to get involved in payments between two entities, given that neither of the entities is you? It's like I would say what documents I need to buy my neighbor in a supermarket if I work as an egg delivery driver in this supermarket

more successful competition with the Indians, it should be convenient for the customer to pay me
- it does not matter, since the customer pays Upwork.
1)
IP, Yes Module bank or Point. I use Module Bank. True, the money does not go through him.
On the website of the Module Bank, everything is described quite well. In short - prepare an agreement with Upwork, this is 1500 rubles on a free plan. Further, for each incoming transaction up to 30,000 - 300 rubles, and accordingly, if you transfer via SWIFT, then pay an additional $ 30 for the outgoing transaction itself.
2) Can I use PayPal and Payoneer in Russia to pay with foreign customers? - yes
legally - PayPal completely, Payoneer - no
c) when working with customers from the Russian Federation through domestic exchanges, what payment channels should be used so that there is less red tape and not get stuck in the law on online cash desks?
- You do not fall under the law on online cash registers if a person transfers money directly to your account.
3. Working with clients
How and when should I explain to the customer (immediately in a cover letter or later?) that I only accept Swift and what should the customer do about it?
- the client pays with the Upwork card. And then you choose the withdrawal method at Upwork. By the way, now there is a way to withdraw in local currency. try to use.
