I made a resume for myself and would like to ask. Can I somehow check its quality?
For example, you do not need to remove something, add something, change something.

No need to ask HR and service recommendations!
- write about your skills in the description about yourself as detailed as possible - this is the main field, the remaining million fields are complete nonsense
- write 2-3 places of work with a description of relevant tasks (not in a protocol format, but simply - what you did)
- try to do without a pronoun "I" and without epithets (without a single one at all)
- less nonsense about "select skills from the list", less about the long names of universities and courses ... less about personal sports and hobbies - these are all the features of services that are not needed ... here a list of what I sacrificed for the sake of a good description that will not get lost in a bunch of fields:

PS Asking personnel officers is like asking a girl "what kind of guys do you like" they say "smart and ripe", but in fact they choose impudent and arrogant or cute or generally figs you will understand how ... also here, make a good presentation without the advice of personnel officers ( but with my advice :)

I am also looking for a job and interested in this topic. So far, from what I've heard, it's either to ask a friend of an HR to look at a resume, or to give it to a recruiting company. I heard that some companies have such a service - resume review and preparation, editing, assistance in compiling. Plus they naturally have a job search service where they guide you all the way and look for you a job. And they do it all themselves. But of course this comes at a cost. There are so many people, so many opinions, someone definitely wants to see a photo, give someone a hobby, otherwise the "summary is faceless" and there are still a lot of moments where there is no consensus, so whether you like it or not depends more on who will be it read.
There are 2 main points:
With the design, the easiest thing is to find a neat ready-made template - it makes no sense for a programmer to be mega-creative in design, but this is IMHO. If you yourself are not literate, find a person who subtracts it for errors and tongue-tied language. Keep in mind that it will be printed, so margins and font size matter.
Content is much more difficult.
Developers, as a rule, are distinguished by excessive modesty, which affects the content of the resume. Close the header with contacts and ask yourself the question: do I want to work with this person? Not? So others don't want to either. Rewrite so that it is clear that you are useful.
IMHO, you should not write what you do not want to talk about at the social security. So it can happen that a person points a finger at a project 10 years ago and starts to find out about it, and there it’s already years ago and you don’t remember what and how, the same applies to technologies in which you swim or haven’t worked for a long time.
A story about projects for most developers may look like "sawed features, fixed bugs." You need to try and highlight at least a few tasks from this routine that you can talk about. A question about achievements will also be asked, it is worth thinking about: either put it in a resume or decide what to answer.

What is characteristic: the guy gives a respite for the unemployed - forcedly, of course; for it is rather strange to pay the unemployed for a service from the last kopecks; and when it becomes "working", then the aforementioned service is no longer needed much.
Tellingly, I haven't heard of anyone cheating on him. (Even if a person did not get a job thanks to a well-groomed resume - why not "put down" a person who honestly helped?)
Hint: I personally “buried” and didn’t use this service: I don’t know, maybe I (purely hypothetically) have the worst resume in the world, but I’ve been working with it for MANY decades (updating it periodically) - and I’m talking at interviews was about anything, except: “ What is your resume so useless? ” - this has never happened.
