The list of services is wide: from replacing light bulbs to apartment renovation, public utilities, PC repair, etc. The system looks like a taxi dispatcher, but with its own specifics. At the moment there is no clear TOR, I will describe the basic principles of work.
As I would like to see it:
1. First of all, there should be a database of performers with information about prof. skills (plumber, electrician, etc.) and preferred delivery area. "Ivanov S.E., plumber, Leninsky", "Sergeev R.I., PC repair, Moscow-Leninsky".
2. A mobile application is installed for all performers. The performer "goes to work"
3. The dispatcher receives a corresponding notification in the PC program.
4. The client calls, leaves a request to replace the mixer. The dispatcher receives all the data and enters it into the program.
5. All plumbers in the area receive an order on the phone, with information about the necessary work and contact information for the client. Any of them can accept the order, and the dispatcher receives a message that Ivanov has accepted the order.
6. Then he clicks the "Done" button and the dispatcher sees it.

Almost the same as that of taxi drivers, but slightly modified. In Nizhny Novgorod, I called decently firms, no one can offer anything adequate. Tell me who to write to, where to apply and how much it can cost approximately?
