I am looking for a way to directly accept payments and withdraw money quickly through an ATM. Those. a service that issues cards is desirable or it is possible to link your card. Basically, all senders have Visa, Mastercard.
I'm from Belarus, unfortunately PayPal is not supported here.
So far I've settled on three options:

1. payoneer . They issue cards, you can withdraw from any ATM. Commission on payment 3%, on withdrawal ($2.5 + $3.15 + 3%). There is a convenient form of payment Visa, Mastercard for the client. But they have a similar security policy: when a client pays, money is transferred within 2 days.
   
2. payeer . Big commissions, no card to withdraw. As a result, you will have to transfer to some WebMoney (to which the card is attached).
   
3. Revolut . They also issue cards. I can’t say anything yet, I’m waiting for the card itself, but according to the description, it seems like the best option.

Who is the main customer? If USA, UK, Europe - then take a Payoneer card or a Revolut card.
If Russia and Ukraine - then you need a set of QIWI, Yandex, Corn and Privat cards.
