I ran into a problem: I completed a freelance order using a secure transaction. I marked the work as completed, the customer confirmed it, after which I entered the data of my Belarusian card (belagroprombank). However, I did not receive the money, for the second day now he has been writing: "Checking the card." I cannot enter another card or influence the process in any way. Also, the work is still in the "in progress" group.

Please tell me if this is normal and what should I do?

You need to contact support . They will request information from the financial company that holds the funds for the transaction.
