You are comparing things that are illogical to compare. Ext is primarily the richest library of components for creating UI. No one has done better yet. And only secondarily is it a framework. And even here it is impossible to compare, because it is a whole platform, a family of tools aimed at developing applications. Here and design and testing and debugging and various utilities and everything from one company with a single concept and good documentation and support.
