What are some good UI frameworks for PhoneGap (Cordova)?

Hello. I'm starting to develop using Phonegap. As a UI framework, I chose OnsenUI because the majority praised it.
But it turned out that it simply does not work adequately on WinPhones in the way that it was not tested on it. Perhaps there are other good analogues with support for this platform?
