What is a commercially available smart home controller with the following characteristics:

• from a well-known manufacturer, no problem with retail purchases;
  
• good support or community;
  
• installation on a din-rail in a shield;
  
• easy programming by a common user;
  
• built-in or as separate modules: wifi, gsm modem, discrete input / output modules;
  
• the ability to control from a tablet, phone, computer;

The solution is not quite industrial, but it is cheap and works exactly.
Raspberry Pi + 3D printed DIN rail case (custom).
Well, OpenHAB (or any other software you like) as software.

There is such a thing, you will burn it like a regular arduino from under arduino ide. The only question is how to get it .. and the price seems to be the same as for ordinary industrial controllers
