Bug tracking systems

What are personal bug tracking systems?

Are there any open source, or just free bug tracking systems for personal use?
From the functionality, you need to create a ticket indicating the type (tank, new function, etc.), priorities, creating projects or categories. Team work functions are not interesting.
The requirements for the software itself are as follows: cross-platform, if portability is possible (using for example file databases such as SQLite).

if the team is not interested, you can look at https://www.jetbrains.com/youtrack/ 10 users he has for free
https://trac.edgewall.org/
www.redmine.org
The last two have not been tried in practice

we use redmine (there are no restrictions on users). Very comfortably. The only thing I recommend is to use the build version from bitnami . It does not require much attention in its deployment.

I would suggest https://www.mantisbt.org if there are many users. If less than 10, you can take YouTrack.
The first one was used for a very long time, until the management decided to use CRM for everything - the system is extremely not picky, quite convenient. SQLite is not supported, yes.
