Which bugtracker + changelog to choose?

Dear programmers,
I really want to have SaaS or Opensource on my server, a convenient and simple bug tracker for a team of several developers with the ability to maintain a _detailed_ changelog for several projects. Is there such software? Preferably php+mysql or extreme SaaS
Requirements:
- bug tracker
- changelog
- multiuser
- nice and simple interface

Redmine or Bugzilla. Only they are free. The rest are either proprietary or paid.
