What are correspondence master's programs in IT?

Moved 1.5 years ago to IT. Now I work in automated and manual testing. I want to switch to programming, but I really don't have enough knowledge. I know that Russian universities will not provide modern knowledge. Therefore, I will, of course, engage in self-development, but I also decided to go to study to receive an IT diploma as such.
I don’t consider full-time, evening - it’s possible, but it’s difficult to combine with work. Therefore, the correspondence magistracy is the most.
But! So far I have found only a couple of options, but the program is uninteresting and has little to do with programming directly.
Do you know any options for studying remotely or in absentia, but with the issuance of a state diploma?
Why a diploma - in the future I would like to have the opportunity to go to work abroad. For a visa, a diploma will not hurt.

@Overso

Did you leave for some normal country without a diploma?
On the one hand, yes, it is not required if you have ala 6-8 years of experience. If not, then without a diploma there is no way to get a visa. And again, if you buy a diploma, it will all be revealed when you receive a visa. So it's not an option :)
That's why I want to kill 2 birds with one stone - to get a diploma, but at the same time have time to engage in self-development and practice on my own.
