Which Russian university is currently the best in the field of IT?

Which domestic university is currently leading in teaching Computer Science? I plan to apply for a master's degree at Stanford / MIT (due to personal circumstances, I will have to receive a bachelor's degree in Russia). The topic of AI is especially important.

I doubt that there are good universities in Russia.
Most graduates simply buy a diploma in installments, even at universities with a name like Moscow State University.
Most teachers just read from the manuals.
So no one will replace self-study, and the university will only take away time from this.

It would be nice to tell something about yourself. Did you study at LKSh? What about Vseros, VKOSHP-ohm?
If we talk about St. Petersburg, then I think it is worth focusing on three universities.
ITMO Department of CT (CT)
Academic University (AU)
St. Petersburg State University (mathmech)
Also in the city there is a Computer Science Center (CSC) (in Moscow the same is called ShAD) + you can freely visit the CS Club. The teachers of the center are a team of the above-named universities, the Polytechnic University and several IT companies, including Yandex. Even if you do not enter these three universities, you can try your luck with CSC in your second or third year.
The center also has its own areas: theoretical computer science, data analysis, software development. See, study. By the way, many lectures are laid out in open access.
I know that CT and AU actively edit their programs. On average, the level gets higher. AU collects anonymous feedback from students about teachers twice a semester. I don't know exactly how it is now at ITMO. In AU, bachelors sit from morning till night, study something, decide, program. Missing a lot of classes is quite risky.
I know less about mathmech. They settled Intel. There is a strong circle on programming. Students who are interested in computer science attend CSC.

Unfortunately, AI is not normally taught anywhere in Russia.

As a child, my friend and I went to the Japanese drafts section, I went for 1 month, and a friend for 7 years.
After n-th number of years. I can't and won't be able to beat the arc. Because for many years he developed the ability to solve a specific kind of problem, but I did not.
I want to say this - that no one will ever teach you anything, it all depends on your desire to engage in self-study. In the IT sphere, this is the solution of an infinite number of various tasks, the more tasks you solve, the greater your abilities become (+ your own approaches to solving these problems, your own opinion are developed).
AI - they don’t teach anywhere, because it’s very abstract, somehow not objective (comprehensively not objective)
What is AI - is it a mechanism that thinks like a person, or a face recognition algorithm in a crowd or ...
AI is a specific task, and the tools are programming and mathematics
