Put everything that shows your level of work and knowledge of technology.
For example, did you use such and such a component in such and such a Delphi program? Post a screenshot and write in the description what you used and why.
But since they meet by clothes, I would advise you to finish the program interface to a presentable look and then spread it. It won't be time wasted, it will pay off.
