What applications do you make to order?

I'm thinking about getting into mobile app development. There is a good experience in the web and an understanding of the needs and the whole "movement" so to speak. But I haven’t come across mobile development and I don’t know the market.
If it's trite to go to the App Store or Google Play, then what we see:
Most games, okay, this is not for us.
Many simple "on the knee" applications made.
There are also many large, so to speak, enterprise projects of large companies (Yandex, emails, all kinds of applications for food delivery services, etc.)
So I look at this and understand that I don’t understand anything. A question for the guys in the topic - what applications do you make to order, maybe you work for which company? What are you facing? The goal is to find a job.

@NikolayAlb

what applications do you make to order

Small projects, for personal use by the customer, term papers, theses.
Of the projects for a wide audience, there is an application related to games (large project), there is a browser application for secure viewing of paid webinars (small, medium project), there is an application for a service related to Forex (small, medium).
This is not a large project, but no more than a medium one.
No, Enterprise is more of an intracorporate use, but in a very large company, for example, everything related to banks like Tinkov can still be attributed to Enterprise.
I don't work for a company, unless it's my own, where it's just me and an assistant.
Look in the wrong direction, not objectively, you need to order from freelance and in parallel to vacancies.

MVPs are usually made to order on freelance, then the development is transferred in-house and to a large studio.
If you want to find a job, then it is better to go to large mobile studios or product companies.
