Greetings!
Need help choosing a means of communication. One person is in the USA, the other in Central Asia, when calling via Skype or viber, the connection is critical. While we are trying to change the provider, but I do not think that this will help. Tell me if there are more stable means of communication not through a peer-to-peer network.
