What and how to create a proxy to bypass YOTA restrictions?

I have a server on reg.ru. I want to put a proxy there in order to filter all traffic through Proxyfier except for the browser, Skype and other applications that Yota does not block.
Question: what proxy to do? (SOCKS4/5, HTTP, HTTPS). And how to set up a proxy server.
Google doesn't have much useful information.
