VPN and default route?

Good to everyone.
Computers have a vpn connection to work in certain services.
We remove the "use the default route" checkbox, prescribe a static route - all the rules we see our network and the network behind the vpn.
The problem is that the vpn connection always gets a different ip and the route stops working, you have to re-register. Is there any way to set the route through the interface? or hammer the guys at the vpn end to make statics on my connections?

If your OS is windows8/10, then you can hang up the route on the vpn connection https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module...
Also, VPN, depending on the software used, can add routes itself only to the necessary networks - but this must be done on the server
