What am I doing wrong in phpstorm and c xdebug?
I need xdebug to work in phpStorm
I was going to set up phpStorm to use web-server debugging
And then the question arises: what is the difference between Command-line scripts debugging and web-server-debugging? If I have an apache2 server, it seems to me that web-server-debugging was simply created for me.
So I try to configure it according to the guide , but an error pops up there (I read the forums - it didn’t help, but someone even wrote that you don’t need to fix it)
Unofficial I tried to use guides, but they did not help. Xdebug continued to not work.
I understand that you need to select the folder that is on the local server here and specify it in the places I marked
In order to start debugging, I simply opened the same folder, entering its name in Google, and then clicked on the bug in phpStorm,
but even here there is nothing in the console and there is an error in the debugger section (to fix the error, you supposedly need to change xdebug.ide_key to PHPSTORM (or something like that), but it did not help in any way)
Please help
PS To the places mentioned by me of. I followed the guide (I skipped optional places in many places)
