I open php.ini. Uncommented lines with xdebug and saved. I restart OpenServer, I go to look in php.ini and the lines that I uncommented are commented out again.

There was a similar problem. It turns out that you need to change php.ini in the OpenServer\userdata\config folder .

It is advised to open the ini file through the openserver panel. This kind of shit happens to me too.
It seems there is no difference, but I just did it and it has not yet been removed.
