What about the hard drive or the system itself?

There are two axes on a monoblock - ubuntu 16.04 and windows 10. Ubuntu seems to work more or less stably, but 10, in general, barely, and freezes often. And in the task manager, up to 100%, the disk often jumps. The monoblock is new, it feels like I'm sinning on a hard one, although programs like CrystalDiskInfo write that everything is normal. Aida did not check. In viewing the error log. Hangups are terrible, there is no such thing on ubuntu

Go to the task manager and see who is loading the disk
