What a strange WI-FI hotspot

Good day!

I have a question and I want to address it to experienced users who use PocketBook as an e-book. Personally, I use PocketBook 611 Basic and when searching for new devices in Settings -> Communications -> Wireless (Wi-Fi) connections , a strange access point called d3 always appears . Does anyone know what it is?

When searching in the broadcasting area of any point, is such a network displayed? I have some kind of open network "Network" at my home points with a very weak signal. There is a theory that this is the built-in Wi-FI antenna of the point adapter.
