I do not recommend programs that will read anything out loud.
They're still no good, they just go over the ears with a monstrous discrepancy between the spoken and the semantics of the written.
Either live speech - or reading. So far, there is no alternative, and judging by how much they are fighting over this and what they have achieved, it is not worth waiting. For clarity, just try to imagine how the robot will pronounce the previous sentence.
