Now I started reading this book and saw that a new edition was released, but I find only paper versions.
Maybe someone saw it?

Asked the same question to ozon. They referred me to a partner called litres, claiming they were in the business of e-books. Litres himself does not know when this book will be released in electronic form.
In the end I bought the paper version :)
